LillaPlanen privacy policy

Information used by the app

To create a plan, you can enter names, the child’s dates, income, employment and holiday details, parental days, calendar entries, household costs, pension assumptions, goals and display settings. This information is processed locally on your phone.

• No personal identity number or BankID
• No sign-in
• No advertising, analytics or sale of data

Storage, backups and rule updates

Your plan, automatic restore points, manual versions and settings are stored locally. Android automatic backup and device transfer are disabled.

You can create an encrypted backup yourself. It uses AES-256-GCM and a key derived from your password with PBKDF2-SHA256. LillaPlanen cannot recover a forgotten password. Signed rule updates are imported manually from a file; the app does not download them from the internet.

Export and sharing

PDFs, calendar files, backups, partner files, share images and technical reports are created locally and shared only when you open the Android share sheet. Once you choose another app or service, that recipient’s privacy policy applies to the exported file.

Temporary export files are deleted after seven days. Local diagnostics retain at most the latest 20 export events and contain only format, platform, app version, file size and technical error code. They never contain your family plan.

Notifications and external links

Local reminders are optional and require notification permission on your phone. They are scheduled on the device. Links to services such as Försäkringskassan open in your browser; the browser and visited website then handle their normal network data, but LillaPlanen does not attach your family plan.

Deletion and your choices

You can reset the plan and delete local information from the app settings. Uninstalling the app deletes its local data from the phone. Exported files, calendar entries or copies you sent elsewhere must be deleted where you stored them.

There is no LillaPlanen account to close and no information on a LillaPlanen server to request.

This website

The website uses no advertising or first-party analytics. One first-party cookie stores only your language choice for up to one year. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. To deliver, operate and protect the site, Netlify may process your IP address, device and browser details, and technical request information. Audience and policy changes

LillaPlanen is intended for adults planning family leave and is not designed for children. If the app’s data handling changes, this policy and the date above will be updated before the change takes effect.
